Board of Directors

The MAC was created from a Joint Venture Agreement and Plan of Consolidation by and between the Michigan Chiropractic Society and the Michigan Chiropractic Association Board of Directors.

The MAC is governed by a Board of Directors composed of two (2) Representatives from each District, the Past President (Chairman), a President and a Vice President.

The directions of the Board is executed by a five (5) member Executive Committee consisting of the Past President (Chairman), the President, the Vice President, a Director of Internal affairs and a Director of Financial affairs.

The President is the Chairman of the Executive Committee and the Chief Executive Officer of the Organization.  The Past President is the Chairman of the Board and presides over meetings of the BOD.

Nine (9) Standing Committees report to the Executive Committee.

The Executive Director (ED) oversees the day-to-day operations of the Organization and reports to the President.

Board Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at various locations. Please call the MAC office to confirm meetings, as they may be held at convention sites, when appropriate, rather than the standard meeting location.
