Kristine Dowell, Executive Director
The Executive Director carries out all directives of the MAC Board of Directors and assists them in the development of all organizational policies and programs, establishes procedures for policy implementation, selects and supervises personnel, institutes management controls, executes contracts, administers legal, legislative, fundraising, advocacy, and membership agendas, and oversees annual budget.
Susan Palin, Assistant Director
The Assistant Director reports to the Executive Director. Primary responsibilities include working with other staff, the Program Committee, and outside consultants to:
  •  Assist with management projects

  •  Oversee all aspects of MAC programs

  •  Oversee the production of and design the MAC Journal

  •  Create other public relations materials

  •  Develop and maintain MAC website

  •  Assist with technology projects

  •  Attend all necessary meetings/programs

  •  Undertake special assignments as needed

Carl Alden, Governmental Relations/Insurance Director
The Government Relations/Insurance Director reports to the Executive Director and assists with government relations activities and insurance initiatives. Primary responsibilities include working with the Government Relations Committee, Insurance Relations Committee, and outside consultants to:
  •  Oversee the development and implementation of government  relations initiatives, fundraising, and grassroots efforts

  •  Provide up-to-date insurance information to members

  •  Offer insurance and governmental relations programs

  •  Attend all necessary meetings/programs

  •  Undertake special assignments as needed.

Angela Psaros, Administrative Director
The Administrative Director reports to the Executive Director and assists with all MAC operations. Primary responsibilities include working with the Audit & Budget Committee to:
  •  Oversee all daily MAC business

  •  Oversee all daily accounting/billing duties

  •  Prepare all budgets and tax reports

  •  Oversee membership data base maintenance

  •  Attend all necessary meetings and programs

  •  Undertake special assignments as needed

Tim Gaughan, Public Relations Director
The Public Relations Director reports to the Executive Director and assists with all public relations initiatives. Primary responsibilities include working with the Public Relations Committee to:
  •  Research and compose Journal articles

  •  Prepare other informational materials

  •  Prepare membership materials, regular email updates, and district newsletters

  •  Oversee public relations initiatives

  •  Maintain research library

  •  Prepare continuing education applications

  •  Attend all necessary meetings/programs

  •  Undertake special assignments as needed

Lisa Love-Smith, Membership/Programs
The Program/Membership Director reports to the Executive Director and assists with all programs and membership activities. Primary responsibilities include working with the Program Committee and the Membership Committee to:

  •  Assist with all aspects of programs (conventions, seminars, webinars)

  •  Oversee all MAC meetings/events

  •  Develop and maintain membership benefit initiatives

  •  Oversee/assist with member dues collections

  •  Assist with technology projects

  •  Attend all necessary meetings/programs

  • Undertake special assignments as needed

Wes Hoffrichter, Administrative Manqager
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Director. Primary responsibilities include working with the Administrative Director to:
  •  Complete all credit card processing

  •  Manage classified ads

  •  Oversee Political Action Committee account

  •  Assist with technology projects

  •  Oversee all vendor benefits

  •  Attend all necessary meetings/events

  •  Undertake special assignments as needed

 

Administrative Assistant – Chrissy Psaros
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Director. Primary responsibilities include working with the senior staff to:

  •  Tape/Edit programs

  •  Open and route all mail

  •  Prepare and send district vouchers

  •  Assist with data base (member updates, special projects)

  •  Assist Administrative Director (quicken, entering dues, tax prep, etc.)

  •  Attend all necessary meetings/events

  •  Undertake special assignments as needed

 

Shelly Kretzinger, Office Manager
The Office Coordinator reports to the Executive Director. Primary responsibilities include working with the MAC staff to:
  •  Undertake daily clerical operations

  •  Be first to answer calls, emails, faxes and respond or refer to the appropriate staff

  •  Process all program registrations

  •  Assist staff with necessary projects

  •  Complete administrative tasks (mailings, filing, data entry)

  •  Assist with membership initiatives/reports

  •  Maintain all files and office supplies

  •  Organize all storage

  •  Attend necessary meetings/programs

  •  Undertake special assignments as needed
