Seminar Overview:
This seminar is geared towards practitioners who would like to broaden their knowledge on how nutrition plays a critical role in chiropractic care. The primary focus is to equip doctors with the necessary tools to enhance their patients’ recovery from various musculoskeletal issues that are commonly seen in the office. Additionally, we will introduce testing techniques that can be utilized to determine the most effective treatment options to support the patient. Furthermore, we will delve into the study of viscero-somatic and somatic-visceral pathways and their impact on modern chiropractic patients.

Join Palmer College of Chiropractic Faculty Instructor Dr. Spencer Lindholm for this in-depth look at the forces and movements applied to and created by the human body. Topics of discussion include an overview of the stability and key movement characteristics of the spine, the impact on structures and tissues during movement, adaptability of the spine, stability, response to injury, spine-sparing strategies, and Q&A.

Speaker Bio:
Prior to becoming a full-time Faculty Instructor at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2021, Dr. Lindholm owned and operated Kinetic Sports Management & Rehab in Denver, CO, and was the Lead Chiropractor and Clinic Director at the Cherry Creek Spine & Sport Clinic. He is a Lead Instructor for the FAKTR & Southeast Sports Seminars providing educational opportunities to those in the physical medicine field. Dr. Lindholm is a 2016 graduate of Palmer and received his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. With interests that include patient-centered care, evidence-informed clinical practice and athlete/sports-injury management, he lectures throughout the United States and has been published in the Chiropractic Journal of Australia and the Journal of Undergraduate Kinesiology Research. Dr. Lindholm is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and National Strength & Conditioning Association. As an educator and mentor at his alma mater, Dr. Lindholm is excited to be helping prepare and influence future generations of chiropractic physicians.
